Architectural Notes:

The Iowa Bankers Association Building was a build-to-suit project, designed for the Iowa Bankers Association, which is its sole occupant. The two-story building opened in 2001 as part of Phase 1 of the Crescent Chase Office Park in Johnson. Located at 8800 NW 62nd Avenue, the business park is conveniently situated near a major street intersection and one mile from the Interstate. The building is owned and managed by The Graham Group, Inc.

The Iowa Bankers Association has served the needs of Iowa financial institutions for more than 125 years and currently represents more than 1,700 Iowa banks. The bustling office park also is home to two additional buildings occupied by businesses of DuPont Pioneer, a Fortune 500 company with more than 2,800 employees in the Des Moines area.
